Vinyl is not cutting through. What should I do?

This usually means blade depth or pressure is incorrect.

Fix

• Increase pressure slightly
• Reduce cutting speed
• Adjust blade so it cuts vinyl, not the liner
• Perform a test cut again

My cutter is cutting into the backing paper. How do I fix it?

Pressure or blade depth is too high.

Fix

• Reduce pressure gradually

• Test cut until vinyl weeds cleanly but the liner stays intact
